Единственное немного огорчила дырка на сетке кормашка:( отличное качество в целом, даже не мятая пришла. Заказ ждала около 3х недель. Продавца и товар рекомендую)

Yes, by customer request. It depends of shipping company used to deliver your items to your country. You will receive an email once your order ships. If you haven’t received email confirmation that your order has been shipped within 5 business days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
